The journey of Team S.W.A.T.T. began in the most unexpected place—inside my dad’s car. After spending years deejaying in his basement and playing last-minute gigs at parties, I officially started DJing professionally at just 14 years old while in Grade 9. Around that time, I teamed up with D’Original Andy, a talented DJ from Trinidad. After months of playing together at events, we found ourselves brainstorming in the car one day, trying to come up with the perfect name for what we were building. That’s when Team S.W.A.T.T. was born—Soca Works All The Time.
Since that moment, I’ve worked tirelessly to grow Team S.W.A.T.T. into a brand that represents the heart of soca music and Caribbean culture. What started as a simple idea in a car has now evolved into a movement, connecting soca lovers worldwide through music, events, and shared experiences.
